You may have seen in the news that the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland is pressing ahead with its case against Ashers Baking Company over their refusal to make a pro-gay marriage campaign cake. The Commission claims the McArthurs – the Christian family who own Ashers – broke ‘political discrimination’ laws. (Read more here)
