Meryl Streep Called Him ‘God’, Liberal Hollywood Knew And Protected Him, But Harvey Weinstein As A Convicted Rapist Headed For Prison Is No Victory

Disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein was convicted Monday of sexual assault and rape but cleared of the most serious predatory sexual assault charges.

Today, millionaire Oscar winning Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein, the man that Oscar winning actress Meryl Streep referred to as "God", became a convicted rapist who will be sentenced to prison on March 11th. It is being touted as a 'landmark win' for the Me Too Movement, but as someone who spent years in Hollywood, I can tell you it is no such thing. It is not a victory because predatory rapist Harvey Weinstein was allowed to assault women for decades, allowed to do it by the very people who brought him to trial. This is the real story behind the story today.
During my years in Hollywood, going on endless auditions, being cast in dozens of commercials, working on over 70 movies and films, and doing it at a high level on both coasts, I got to see first hand how Hollywood system operated. One of the women who accused Weinstein, actress Annabella Sciorra, is someone I worked with and had a fond affection for. In 1989 on the set of 'Internal Affairs', she was the picture of youthful optimism and casual beauty. But by the time I worked with her again on "Mr. Wonderful" in 1993, she had changed drastically. She was a tense chain-smoker seemingly always on a verge of a breakdown. The difference to me was stunning. It was during this time that she said Harvey Weinstein assaulted her.
Many other actresses have a similar Harvey Weinstein story, women like Gwyneth Paltrow, Ashley Judd and many others. And nearly all of them have one thing in common in addition to the fact that they were raped and/or assaulted by Weinstein, they all did nothing about it. No one called the police, no one filed a complaint, many of them continued to see him socially at parties and professionally as well. Why? Because they wanted Harvey Weinstein to keep giving them roles in movies, and because they desperately needed that 'next job' that actors are always chasing, the majority of these women allowed Weinstein to rape and assault them, in many cases on more than one occasion.
Hollywood's fascination with the All-Seeing Eye of the Illuminati
HOLLYWOOD IS A SAD, SCARY PLACE WHERE PEOPLE SELL THEIR SOULS FOR MONEY AND STATUES
Sexual assault affects people differently, I myself was sexually assaulted by my much-older male piano teacher when I was around the age of 10, so I know a little of the lingering pain and mental anguish that goes with it. My heart breaks for all the women that Harvey Weinstein assaulted who truly did not want his advances in any way, and who cut off all ties with him after. But for the women who allowed him to keep doing it because they wanted more acting roles, that is inexcusable. Everyone in Hollywood knew this was going on, and everyone in Hollywood turned a blind eye because Harvey Weinstein was giving them all work that made them rich and brought them fame. They sold their souls for it.
I wonder if Meryl Streep is still calling Harvey Weinstein "god" today? Please watch the videos and comment below.

Harvey Weinstein found guilty of sexual assault, rape

FROM YAHOO NEWS: The jury of seven men and five women found producer Harvey Weinstein guilty of criminal sexual acts in the first degree and rape in the third degree, a partial victory for the #MeToo movement that considered the case a watershed moment.
Harvey Weinstein was found not guilty however of first-degree rape and predatory sexual assault charges that could have seen him jailed for life. The verdict marks the most high-profile sex assault conviction in the United States since Bill Cosby was found guilty in 2018 of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman 15 years ago.
The decision was announced in a packed New York courtroom where some 100 people had gathered. The defendant, who attended the trial hunched over a walker, was shielded from view by police officers.
More than 80 women have accused Weinstein of sexual misconduct since allegations against him ignited the #MeToo global reckoning against men abusing positions of power in October 2017. But the jury was considering charges related to just two: ex-actress Jessica Mann and former production assistant Mimi Haleyi, with many claims too old to prosecute.
One of the predatory sexual assault charges also included testimony from the Sopranos actress Annabella Sciorra, who said Weinstein raped her in her New York apartment in the winter of 1993-94. Six women took the stand from the opening of testimony on January 22, to say they had been sexually assaulted by Weinstein.
Weinstein's team subjected the women to ferocious cross-examination, as they argued that his relationships were consensual and transactional. The prosecution presented no forensic evidence or third-party witness accounts. The state's case rested on asking the jury to believe the women. READ MORE
