National Hurricane Center Now Saying That Tropical Storm Dorian Could Hit Orlando, Florida As A Category 2 Or 3 Hurricane Early Next Week by Geoffrey Grider Tropical Storm Dorian is approaching the U.S. Virgin Islands and is expected to strengthen to a Category 3 hurricane before making landfall on the east coast of Florida on Labor Day, according to the National Hurricane Center.
