The book of Isaiah, written right around 760 BC, is one of the most amazing books in the bible, and in fact is a template for the entire bible itself. Isaiah has 66 chapters, the bible has 66 books. Isaiah changes dramatically between chapters 39 and 40, the bible changes dramatically between book 39 (Malachi) and 40 (Matthew).
